Deepbridge Capital is an investment manager that has deployed over £200m through the Enterprise Investment Scheme since 2013, supporting high-growth technology and life sciences companies across the UK.
Ian serves as Managing Partner at Deepbridge Capital and chairs AlgaeCytes. His background includes chief executive roles across several software and corporate entities.
Savvas serves as chief investment officer at Deepbridge Capital and partner and head of life sciences. His background includes executive roles at Panmure Gordon and founding Torafugu Tech.
EHE Ventures led the round with support from Deepbridge Capital and Lyva Labs to accelerate product development and regulatory approval.

The financing round includes contributions from Deepbridge Capital, Scottish Enterprise, SIS Ventures, Thairm Bio, and the University of Strathclyde to support clinical trials and commercial expansion.

Any delay in identifying the correct antibiotic for treatment can put lives at risks and huge pressure on clinical decision making, especially when the antibiotic sensitivity data that Microplate Dx can produce in an hour or less compared to the current approach that can take two days using existing techniques."
The investment round was led by Mercia Ventures with participation from Deepbridge Capital and Guillaume d'Eyssautier.

The University of Sheffield spin-out raised a seven-figure sum from a syndicate to develop quantum-secure networking.

The investment was led by BGF and Parkwalk to support pre-clinical work, clinical trials, and regulatory approval.

Our technology has the power to significantly improve the outcomes for dialysis patients, improving their quality of life and saving millions of pounds in the process. Deepbridge Capital backed the seed round to support the commercialisation of advanced space propulsion systems.

The oversubscribed raise was led by investment platform Wealth Club alongside existing backers Deepbridge Capital and Boundary Capital.

Deepbridge Capital led the £2m investment to help the event tech scale-up accelerate out of the pandemic and expand into the USA.

The funding round was led by Toscafund Asset Management with support from Deepbridge Capital, and will fund international expansion and product development.

Deepbridge Capital has backed Touch Biometrix in a Series A round to support the commercialisation of its fingerprint sensor technology.
