Elasmogen is a biopharmaceutical company developing next generation biologics known as soloMERs for site-specific drug delivery. The firm originates from research at the University of Aberdeen and focuses on treatments for inflammatory conditions and oncology.

Elasmogen has secured £2m in a follow-on investment round from Deepbridge Capital, bringing the backer's total investment in the firm to £3.2m. The capital will be directed towards accelerating the development of proprietary biologics designed for site-specific delivery in diseases that resist standard therapies. Based in Aberdeen, the biopharmaceutical company has advanced its preclinical pipeline alongside building commercial partnerships to target aggressive conditions. The latest funding follows previous backing from the venture capital firm since the company's seed stage.
