"First Concepts has a simple mission to transform creative context from something fragile and ephemeral into a structured, compounding asset. We are building an operating system that understands the value of creative thinking and taste. This will transform creative workflows for teams around the world."
The seed round was led by Osney Capital with backing from several venture firms to scale technical teams and product development.
"The AI security industry is trying to secure the wrong thing. Models will always be vulnerable to adversarial inputs – that’s a fundamental property of how they work. But what happens when an agent is live in production, interacting with real systems, and its behaviour starts to drift? Right now, most teams have no idea. Overmind provides the deployment-layer infrastructure needed to monitor agent interactions and intervene before damage occurs."
The pre-seed round was led by Presto Tech Horizons to accelerate front-line drone autonomy deployments.
"Drone pilots are rare resources. Not everyone is a natural pilot and Russia targets them whenever they can find them. Pilots face challenges when operating drones, including electronic warfare, signals loss, and denial of GPS."
The funding round was co-led by Fuel Ventures and Concrete Ventures with participation from Antler.
"Facilities management is the invisible backbone of every building – but the technology behind it hasn’t kept up and has lacked the innovation needed. We built Tyten to solve that, working hand in hand with technicians and help desk teams to understand their real challenges."
The oversubscribed round was led by Fuel Ventures to accelerate growth across the UK and the US.
"As a clinician, I’ve seen how much of our time is swallowed by paperwork and antiquated systems. Synthax is our answer to that – to equip outpatient clinics with the same AI advantages larger institutions enjoy. The gap in this market is enormous, particularly in the US where thousands of independent clinics still lack access to modern tools. This investment will enable us to hire top engineering talent and accelerate our growth across the US and beyond."
