An artificial intelligence recruitment platform operating a dual-agent marketplace for candidates and employers.
London-based recruitment platform Jack & Jill has secured $40m in a Series A funding round led by Air Street Capital. New participants Madrona and Antler joined the financing alongside previous backers Creandum, Ada Ventures, Entrepreneurs First, Expedite Capital, and Repeat.vc.
The fresh capital will support the company as it expands its operations in the United States, following recent launches in San Francisco and New York. The platform uses conversational artificial intelligence agents to interview candidates and hiring managers, bypassing traditional keyword searches and resume filters.
This round follows a $20m seed financing secured ten months prior, taking the firm's total capital raised to $60m. The candidate network has reportedly grown significantly since the previous raise, with revenue increasing notably over the same period.
Investor perspective
"The next leap in hiring will not come from better searches over the same resumes or more automated outreach. It will come from putting an agent on both sides of the table and making the introduction only when both sides would take the call"
