The round was led by XTX Ventures to support expansion across health and wellbeing markets.
"The demand for alternative pathways to access mental healthcare is enormous, and continues to grow by the day. We’re committed to disrupting traditional approaches to healthcare to help improve the quality of people’s lives, and we’re particularly focused on the perinatal mental health sector. With the support of XTX Ventures, Foresight Group and Praetura Ventures, we’ll strengthen the rollout of new clinical trials and product development, and champion the benefits of technology for reinforcing healthcare provision on a national, regional and global basis."
The financing round was led by Vitruvian Partners with participation from the Amazon Alexa Fund, XTX Ventures and the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund.
"I am delighted to announce our latest fundraising round led by Vitruvian Partners. Vitruvian’s experience supporting high-growth and innovative technology companies globally will be invaluable as we continue to scale up our capabilities and operations. Given the evolving threat landscape and the increasingly sophisticated technology being used by adversarial actors, this investment will help us continue to stay at the forefront of the fight against misinformation, funding further research and development of end-to-end technology solutions that really break down and combat information threats."
Fitch Ventures led the Series A round to support the company as it expands its team and enters the US market.
"We are thrilled to be adding the resources and expertise of Fitch Group and XTX to the Cognitive Credit mission. Every day we strive to push the boundaries of what technology can do for credit investors, and we see huge opportunities to collaborate with our new strategic partners in this area. We have received phenomenal feedback from clients over the past year, and with this capital raise and near-term additions to the team, we couldn’t be more excited about our global expansion and further product roll-out in 2022."
The seed round was led by XTX Ventures and Prostate Cancer Research to support regulatory approvals and clinical studies.
"We are tremendously excited about the potential of this system to enhance our ability to detect cancer accurately and early. We are now looking forward to working with hospitals and radiology and urology partners to prove the technology and bring it into clinical use. Covid-19 has created a serious backlog in cancer screening and Lucida Medical is well placed to help us clear this and improve the care that we offer further over the coming years."
The Series A round was led by Mercia alongside XTX Ventures to prepare the misinformation detection platform for the US elections.
"With the rise of the internet and social media, falsehoods travel faster than the truth. Misinformation can polarise societies and has become a serious threat to democracy. Logically aims to stop the spread of disinformation, ensure people see both sides of the story and keep elections free and fair. Following on from our early successes in India and Europe, we are looking to establish Logically as a partner for governments, businesses and consumers around the world."
The investment round was led by Anthemis Group and XTX Ventures.
"We are applying cutting edge quantitative analytics technology to traditional real estate development and investment management, which is crying out for the same type of transformation seen previously in financial markets and other industries. We offer a powerful institutional product which brings clarity and transparency to investment in UK real estate and we want to thank our clients and investors for their continuing support in helping us continue on our mission."
