"We were thrilled with the team’s achievements in developing and validating their platform with leading global customers from the automotive, aerospace, energy and construction sectors. Ai Build’s clear vision to enable faster, repeatable and sustainable additive manufacturing through AI and automation is a game changer in scaling production, and making Ai Build the default operating system for all additive machines will be key in their growth strategy"
The investment will support expansion in the United States and the ongoing development of the company data platform.
"The whole team is excited to take the next step to further support organisations in driving value from their data, so that they can achieve their business goals. The investment from Octopus Ventures is a fantastic affirmation of the scale of impact we’ve been able to deliver to our customers. SuperSeed has led a $1m round in Ai Build, joined by tech entrepreneur William Tunstall-Pedoe, to accelerate commercialisation of its manufacturing software.
"Even though 3D printing has come a long way, it is still extremely difficult to produce large, complex parts with the consistency required by the manufacturing industry. At present, parts that only take a few hours of printing time, take manufacturers weeks or months to prepare. Lack of automation is the barrier. To solve this problem, we use smart algorithms and data for maximum efficiency, reliability and scalability. We are very excited and humbled to be backed by investors who share our vision to create the factories of the future."
SuperSeed led the investment round with participation from industrial specialist Sumaria.
"We want to change the way manufacturers work with and manage their factories, using technology. The potential to improve everything from saving downtime to ensuring staff are safe, is endless. But very few companies are providing an end-to-end solution. ThingTrax provides the hardware and the platform needed to analyse and monitor performance, to make smarter decisions. We already have great customers using our solutions around the world, and this investment will help us reach more manufacturers to upgrade them to factories of the future."
The seed round was provided by Newable and SuperSeed to support technology development and forecasting tools.
"Businesses are hurting because they are flying blind when it comes to revenue. With the data and investment in sales we see available today, we must do better and help leaders anticipate what lies ahead. This injection of capital and expertise enforces the confidence the market has in Kluster to become a world leader in revenue analytics."
The seed round was led by RLC Ventures with participation from Ascension Ventures and SuperSeed.
"Scribeless has built a customer engagement tool that brings a form of communication that we all understand so intuitively, handwriting, and made it accessible and affordable for any company to use. We’re incredibly excited to partner with them as they continue to grow and support companies across Europe and the US."
SuperSeed has led a £600k seed round in artificial intelligence start up SuccessData to support team expansion and international growth.
"We are delighted to have experienced such strong customer traction, and to have been able to close this round with SuperSeed as the lead investor.
