Founded in 2009, Passion is a prominent seed venture capital fund in the UK and European ecosystem, having backed over 100 companies and managed multiple exits and unicorns. The firm invests from its fourth fund, Passion IV, focusing on European founders in fintech, AI, and risk.
Eileen is a founding partner at Passion Capital and NFG Ventures, alongside holding directorships at Fertifa. She also brings governance and interim leadership experience from roles at Currys, Monzo Bank, and Tide.
The seed round was led by Alstin Capital with backing from Backed, Love Ventures, and existing investors.

The funding round was led by 645 Ventures and will be used to accelerate product development and team expansion.

Hudson Cove led the financing package, which comprises $75m in debt and $5m in equity.
