Simon is a joint managing partner at Arete. He previously served as a managing director at Altium Capital and a director at Clearwater Corporate Finance.
Arete led the latest investment into the digital scale-up alongside high-profile backers Bill Currie and Sir Terry Leahy.

Vivify has generated a significant amount of revenue for schools to date, and this new capital round will enable the business to work with a greater number of schools by providing the technology for school stakeholders with limited time to easily launch and manage a community lettings programme in-house."
Arete led the Series A investment round with participation from Begin and MatrixCapital.

The Manchester-based enterprise software company has raised £54.4m from SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and existing backers to scale its decision intelligence platform.

Arete Capital Partners led a multi-million-pound investment to help Vivify scale its operations and increase its network of partner schools.
