Uncrowd raises £3m in Series A funding led by Arete to develop its platform and expand its team
Arete led the Series A investment round with participation from Begin and MatrixCapital.
Uncrowd provides an experience analytics platform that measures customer experience for global retailers and brands through objective data collection. The business helps companies benchmark performance against competitors and identify areas for improvement.
Uncrowd has secured £3m in a Series A funding round led by multi-family investment office Arete, with participation from Begin and MatrixCapital. The capital will be used to further develop the company platform and expand the team.
Founded by retail and systems experts Richard Hammond and Rocky Howard, the analytics platform helps global brands measure customer experience and compare performance against competitors. The firm has previously gained recognition from Microsoft and Plug and Play.
The investment from Arete will support Uncrowd as it continues to work with high-profile global brands in the UK and the US, driving the business to its next stage of growth.
