The funding round was provided entirely by existing investors Augmentum Fintech and AshGrove Capital to support the acquisition of the Creative auto-enrolment scheme and scale operational capability.

"Our mission is to offer UK savers a convenient, climate-friendly, and great value way to save, through a combination of cutting-edge technology and socially responsible investments. Right now, workplace pensions are simply too complicated, boring, and disconnected from things people care deeply about. Cushon is here to change that, and today’s announcement is a hugely significant milestone for us. The funding will continue to fuel Cushon’s growth, enable us to scale even faster, and accelerate some exciting new features within our app."
— Ben Pollard, CEO and founder
Series A
£40.0M

The financing round was co-led by Netherton Investments and Dompé farmaceutici.

"Our mission is to improve people’s lives and we partner with the best academic and industrial groups to accelerate the research that will bring new solutions to patients’ unmet needs. We look forward to working with the Engitix team to combine the power of Exscalate with Engitix’s deep understanding of the biology of the fibrosis and solid tumours microenvironment and the unique strength of its ECM platform. Our collaboration will enable us to accelerate the clinical translation of targets beyond our four key in-house therapeutic areas of ophthalmology, metabolic disorders, oncology, and pain management."

Series A
£8.5M

The investment was led by BGF and Parkwalk to support pre-clinical work, clinical trials, and regulatory approval.

"There are over three million dialysis patients worldwide and every year patients undergo nearly 650,000 surgical AVF creation procedures. However, these procedures take a long time to heal and are prone to failure. Our technology has the power to significantly improve the outcomes for dialysis patients, improving their quality of life and saving millions of pounds in the process. We are delighted to have the support of BGF and Parkwalk to help the business move forward with our clinical trials and ultimately roll-out this ground-breaking product to a global market."

Series A
£5.0M

Octopus Ventures led the Series A round to support the company growth plans.

"We believe that information should sit at the very heart of an agent’s prospecting, marketing, and customer service and it was this vision that Octopus shared with us immediately. Our unique way of interpreting and processing data into usable information with straightforward tools allows estate agents to support their clients with finding their dream homes in record time. And that results in more instructions and many more satisfied clients. This major investment is a key stage in our exciting journey towards transforming the way estate agents do business."
