StaffCircle raises £3m in Series A funding to enhance its platform and expand its team.
The investment was led by Blackfinch Ventures alongside Mercia to support platform upgrades and team expansion.
Leicester based StaffCircle provides an HR software platform that assists companies with employee performance management, engagement and remote workforce coordination.
StaffCircle has secured £3m in Series A funding from Blackfinch Ventures and the MEIF Proof of Concept and Early Stage Fund, which is managed by Mercia. The fresh capital will be directed towards platform enhancements, international expansion and team growth. The business has experienced a surge in demand following the shift towards hybrid working arrangements, leading to a substantial increase in annual revenue and customer acquisition over the preceding financial year.
