The funding round was led by The TRICAPITAL Syndicate to expand production and commercial reach.
"Beta Bugs has supplied its industry leading products to an increasing number of established and new entrant insect farmers in the UK and international markets. The company continues to develop its outstanding HiPer-Fly® breeding programme, which has demonstrated consistent increases in Black Soldier Fly genetic performance across multiple, economically valuable production traits."
The financing round includes contributions from Deepbridge Capital, Scottish Enterprise, SIS Ventures, Thairm Bio, and the University of Strathclyde to support clinical trials and commercial expansion.

Any delay in identifying the correct antibiotic for treatment can put lives at risks and huge pressure on clinical decision making, especially when the antibiotic sensitivity data that Microplate Dx can produce in an hour or less compared to the current approach that can take two days using existing techniques."
The strategic partnership and funding round will help Adimo scale its commerce media solutions.

The financing round was co-led by World Fund and CPT Capital to help scale sustainable protein production in Europe.

The funding will increase clinical capacity and support the delivery of Phase I trials for novel medicines.
