Founded in 2009, Passion is a prominent seed venture capital fund in the UK and European ecosystem, having backed over 100 companies and managed multiple exits and unicorns. The firm invests from its fourth fund, Passion IV, focusing on European founders in fintech, AI, and risk.

The company secured a $100m valuation in a round backed by investors including Tencent, Pearson, and Mandatum Life.

The wellness app has raised £8.5m in a Series B round led by Accelerated Digital Ventures to expand its service platform.

The round was led by Five Seasons Ventures and White Star Capital, with capital directed towards new markets and product development.
