The pre-seed round was led by DSW Ventures with participation from York Angels and international angel investors.
"We’re thrilled to have the backing of DSW Ventures, York Angels, and our wider investor group as we build the go-to platform for hybrid fitness athletes. This investment allows us to accelerate product development, enhance the user experience, and grow our footprint within the Hyrox and wider hybrid fitness communities. As athletes ourselves, we’ve built RoxFit to solve real problems we’ve experienced, and this funding brings us one step closer to helping thousands more to train smarter and race better."
"The widespread success of GLP-1s for weight management has certainly changed the management landscape in obesity, but high discontinuation rates mean that they represent an imperfect solution to a complex issue. With the funding secured in this round, we will be able to significantly progress our path to clinic for DBL’s lead candidates which target greater fat vs muscle loss and provide a much-required alternative to GLP-1s for the majority of users forced to discontinue GLP-1s due to intolerance."
DSW Ventures has led a pre-seed round into Manchester-based mobile commerce innovator TheNextLevel.
"DSW Ventures' investment process was instrumental in helping us refine our commercial strategy. Their experience and guidance have been invaluable, and we're thrilled to have them and Elizabeth on board as we look to grow our team and set a firm foundation for scalable growth. Our partnership with Offlane and Oscar Piastri is fantastic validation of our platform and the potential that Community Commerce holds for brands to build meaningful connections with their audiences."
Oshen Holdings led the Series A round with backing from DSW Ventures, SFC Capital, and Boundary Capital.
"I would like to thank all our investors for their trust and support. Our success in continuing to raise investment despite the difficult market conditions over the last few years is testament to their belief in the company’s commercial potential and our world-class team. The funds will be used to complete the pre-clinical testing of our first medical device product range and our preparations for entry into the orthopaedic market."
DSW Ventures and XTX Ventures backed the pre-seed round, which will fund prototype optimisation and technical validation.
"InvenireX has developed an exciting platform technology with promising data and early customer traction. This round will help get the technology into the hands of users who can further validate it and drive the company forward into full commercialisation. It’s been a pleasure to work with the InvenireX team who are incredibly talented, dynamic and open to collaboration."
