Visionaries Club is a leading early-stage venture capital fund with offices in London and Berlin, investing across Europe through its Seed and Early Growth funds.
Marton is a partner at Visionaries Club, having previously served as a principal at the firm. He is also an investor across several companies, including Pivot, Lovable, and PAVE Space.
The London-based startup raised the Series A round from Index Ventures and Visionaries Club to scale its automated finance operations.
"Adfin is building the agentic finance platform for money movement: automating the workflows finance teams use to get paid, manage their money, and, in time, much more. And we’re doing it the way our customers keep telling us they want: safe, auditable, trackable, with humans firmly in control. By owning both the underlying financial infrastructure and the agentic workflows on top, we’ll let finance teams deploy agents in a way nobody else can,"
Hedosophia led the seed round with participation from Visionaries Club and Anamcara to support expansion into new territories.
"Brands today face intense pressure to meet rapid shifts in consumer trends while delivering on expectations for fast, low-cost, and sustainable supply chains. Many of the biggest names in fashion still manage their supply chain data on Excel and communicate with suppliers via email or WhatsApp. We want to transform customers’ operations while meeting them where they are today. With Ameba, we’re turning supply chains from bottlenecks into engines of growth."
The financing round was led by Index Ventures with backing from Bessemer Venture Partners and Visionaries Club.
"Apron puts itself in the position of all these users – accountants, business owners and suppliers – and instead of trying to solve business payments from just one perspective, we create a town square where they can all come together to move money as smoothly as possible. We want to flip payments from being a blocker to being a booster: something that can be done quickly, securely and even give you a sense of joy and satisfaction."
