"AI‑driven discovery is rewriting how customers find products, and the economics are moving fast. As more searches are answered directly by AI, brands that are invisible in this layer of search will simply see less demand. The companies that adapt first will protect and grow market share; those that don’t will lose it quietly. We backed Semrush early as the category leader and exited following its IPO at around a $2B market cap. Now, we see a new generation of businesses coming up and Searchable is primed to win this market, which is why we are ecstatic to lead the current round."
The seed round was led by Headline to support team expansion and international growth.
"Most procurement tools on the market ask enterprises to completely overhaul existing systems and start fresh. We took the opposite approach. Our platform sits on top of fragmented data landscapes and makes them intelligible – enriching what’s there rather than replacing it. That’s why we can deliver ROI in months, not years, and why our clients see us as a true partner rather than another vendor,"
Speedinvest led the Series A round to fund the company expansion into Germany and the wider European market.
"With a strong footprint in our home market France, Germany is the perfect starting point for our ambitious European expansion. Our goal is to create a clear and secure way to use both euros and digital assets in everyday life – and these markets are critical to defining the future of on-chain banking in Europe."
Northzone led the Series C financing round, which will fund the platform's expansion into new product categories.
"Nivoda has quickly emerged as a category-defining company that powers small retailers around the world. Nivoda is building a truly pioneering technology platform that creates value for all stakeholders across the ecosystem including consumers, suppliers, and retailers. We had the privilege of getting to know Dave and the team for over a year prior to investment and are very excited to partner with them on this journey."
