The legal AI startup has extended its Series B round with backing from Intact Private Capital and FT Ventures, pushing total funding to $114m.

The Series A round was co-led by Index Ventures and ICONIQ with participation from SAP.
The financing brings the Edinburgh-based legal technology company's total funding to $100m.

The strategic funding round values the workforce transformation company at $2.1bn.

The London-based startup raised the Series A round from Index Ventures and Visionaries Club to scale its automated finance operations.
