Tactic secures £3.4m seed investment from Index Ventures and Visionaries Club to expand engineering teams
Index Ventures led a seed round in Tactic to help the research automation start-up grow its product and engineering teams.
Tactic provides an artificial intelligence platform that automates customer research and market analysis for sales and marketing professionals. The London based company replaces manual search engine queries with natural language processing to compile insights.
Tactic has secured £3.4m in seed funding to expand its engineering teams and meet growing customer demand. The round was led by Index Ventures, with participation from Visionaries Club.
Founded in 2020, the start-up uses natural language processing to automate customer and market research for sales and marketing teams. Its platform allows knowledge workers to query unstructured data in plain English, saving time previously lost to manual search engines.
