"The Genesis platform is already trusted by leading institutions from Citi, who is also a strategic investor from previous funding rounds, and ING to Alliance Bernstein and B3 to speed innovation and accelerate delivery of purpose-built financial markets applications,"
Tiger Global Management led the Series A round to support international expansion and product growth.
"When we started Otta, people told us job search was soul-crushing. Recruitment felt like it was stuck in the classifieds era. We believe there’s a different way, and we call it candidate-first job search. It’s a new category that flips industry dynamics on its head. Candidates are prioritised, rather than treated like second-class citizens, and this attracts the best talent to our product"
Tiger Global Management led the Series E round with participation from Stripe to accelerate global adoption of open banking payments.
"There is only so long that global business can rely on systems that are outdated, expensive and not fit for the digital age. TrueLayer is carving a new world of payments altogether, which can deliver a fundamentally faster, safer and more user friendly experience that also improves conversion and delivers higher revenues for merchants. We are leading this innovation through instant deposits and withdrawals, and merging Variable Recurring Payments and Direct Debit to build ‘account on file’ services on top of our open banking network. There is an opportunity to rewire the financial system from the ground up and we are leading that evolution through open banking payments."
SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and Tiger Global backed the Series E financing, which values the business at £33bn.
"SoftBank and Tiger Global’s investments are an endorsement of our mission to create a global financial superapp that enables customers to manage all their financial needs through a single platform. This funding round makes Revolut the UK’s most valuable fintech, demonstrating investors’ confidence that we can deliver products that raise the bar for customers’ expectations across the whole financial services industry."
Dawn Capital and Tiger Global Management co-led the round, which will fund team expansion.
"Despite significant investments in data-focused technologies and teams over the last decade, most enterprises are still unable to deliver targeted outcomes from data in a timely and scalable manner. The secure data sharing and collaboration capabilities of Harbr’s enterprise data exchange platform fast-track those outcomes,"
