"For years, companies have had access to every possible metric about their competitors – except the ones that matter most. Financials and customer metrics are easy to map, but understanding how organisations lead, retain, and inspire people has always been the missing piece. Deltabase fills that gap. We give decision-makers actionable, data-backed evidence of how teams operate, so they can move faster and with more confidence. When you bring clarity to culture, you change how strategy gets delivered."
The funding round was led by NPIF II, Praetura Equity Finance and will support technology development and team expansion.
"We’re absolutely thrilled to receive this investment from NPIF II – Praetura, as well as River Capital, Foresight, the Greater Manchester Combined Authority and MEIF, which will be instrumental in driving the next stage of growth for Mojo-CX. With this new injection of capital and ideas, MOJO-CX will accelerate our vision of redefining customer contact, for customers, for brands and for employees through the use of AI. As a proud northerner, this funding also allows us to deepen our commitment to the region by creating high-quality jobs and fostering a thriving tech community here in the North West. This is a pivotal moment for MOJO as a business and for the contact centre market, and I can’t wait to see what we can achieve in this space."
The funding from Fund:AI will support team expansion and market reach for the agri-tech business.
"Farmers are at the core of everything we do, we understand theimmense pressure they face to deliver high-quality produce while dealing with rising costs and environmental challenges. This investment enables us to bring accessible, practical solutions to their operations—helping them maximise yields, cut waste, and farm more sustainably."
