The funding round was backed by Guinness Ventures, Conduit Fund, Octopus Ventures, and Macmillan Cancer Support, exceeding the company's initial €2m target.

The legal technology company raised £22.1m from investors including Revaia, Alumni Ventures, and Clio to accelerate international expansion and product development.

The pre-seed round was led by Fly Ventures with participation from Octopus Ventures and Pact VC.
