Morgan is a partner at Revaia. Previous experience includes co-founding Wing and working in leveraged finance and M&A at BNP Paribas, Societe Generale, and Degroof Petercam.
The London-based health technology provider has raised £30m led by Revaia to expand its infrastructure across Europe.
"For years, the industry has tried to address complex systemic issues through disconnected point solutions, but fragmented technology often adds operational complexity for healthcare providers and creates an interrupted experience for patients. What healthcare organisations need is intelligent orchestration across the entire care journey. The practices and groups that win over the next decade will be the ones that deliver the best patient experience end-to-end."
The legal technology company raised £22.1m from investors including Revaia, Alumni Ventures, and Clio to accelerate international expansion and product development.
"This latest investment round is a testament to the hard work of an incredible team and the trust our customers have placed in us."
The funding round was backed by existing investors alongside new participant Nexi, with proceeds earmarked for international expansion and product development.
"Under the current market conditions, to have attracted investment from a leading PLC like Nexi is testament to the robust business we have built at GoHenry since we launched 10 years ago. As digital payments become the norm, more families are looking for solutions to help their kids and teens interact with and understand how to manage money in a cashless world. We’re delighted to welcome Nexi to our board and to have strengthened our relationship with Edison and Revaia with this raise as we collectively continue to transform financial education for kids and teens across the globe."
