Foresight is an independent infrastructure and private equity investment manager operating across multiple asset classes and regions. The firm manages about £700m through its private equity team across a portfolio of more than 100 companies.
Rob is a director at Foresight Group, where he serves as an investment manager. He also holds investor director roles across several companies, including Roxy Leisure and Steamforged Games.
Matthew brings investment and financial leadership experience, having previously served as CFO at Atom Learning and Investment Director at Foresight Group. He is now a founding partner at Hypha Private Equity.
The funding round was backed by Mercia and Foresight through the Midlands Engine Investment Fund alongside private investors.

Foresight backed the Worcestershire cybersecurity software provider with growth capital to scale operations.

Foresight will support us in achieving our goals, enabling our customers and partners to use Titania as a cornerstone solution in the global Vulnerability Managed Detection and Response technology stack and market."
The Merseyside company raised £5m in growth capital led by Foresight Group to expand into new markets and develop software.

Foresight has taken a minority equity position in the business through its venture capital trusts.

Foresight Group led the £1.3m investment to fund sales, marketing, and clinical trials.
