Midven backed the Nottingham-based business through the Midlands Engine Investment Fund.

The funding round was backed by the Midlands Engine Investment Fund and matched by the UK Future Fund.

The Birmingham-based tele-optometry manufacturer has raised £2.5m from investors including Midven, Mercia Asset Management and the Future Fund.
