Malvern technology company D-RisQ has secured £360k in seed funding from Midven through the Midlands Engine Investment Fund. The capital will support the firm as it expands its team, steps up sales and marketing efforts, and continues developing its automated software verification tools.

Founded in 2012, the company is led by an experienced management team with a background in the defence and aerospace sectors. The new investment is intended to accelerate the firm's transition from a research focus into a commercial supplier of software assurance products.
