Melanie brings extensive executive and scientific leadership experience, having served as chief executive officer at LifeArc and Syntaxin, alongside roles at BTGplc and NightstaRx.
Clare brings life sciences and venture experience from roles at LifeArc Ventures, Closed Loop Medicine, and the BioIndustry Association. She currently serves as director, chair, and board observer across various biotechnology organisations.
General Catalyst led the financing alongside a syndicate of new and existing investors to support the developer of antibody-based therapeutics.

The funding round was led by Eka Ventures and will support international studies and product development.

The financing round was led by the Dementia Discovery Fund with backing from LifeArc and the UK Future Fund.
