The Imperial College spinout received the funding in partnership with Unit9 to prepare for NHS trials.

We have developed a way to decode brainwaves from the motor cortex with a wearable headset that links with virtual reality games to increase patient engagement and encourage the repetitive limb movements required for rehabilitation."
The biotechnology startup received the grant to scale up manufacturing processes for green cosmetic compounds.

The oversubscribed round drew backing from Remus Capital, Plug and Play, and Innovate UK alongside notable angel investors.

The funding round was led by Science Creates Ventures and Green Angel Syndicate to support manufacturing pilots.
