The oversubscribed round drew backing from Remus Capital, Plug and Play, and Innovate UK alongside notable angel investors.
Syndi Health builds a digital infrastructure that allows health and insurance providers to offer personalised wellbeing applications and telemedicine services. The platform brings order to a crowded digital health landscape through intelligent recommendations.
Syndi Health has secured £1.7m in equity and grant funding to expand its digital health platform. The oversubscribed pre-seed round and accompanying grant backing drew participation from Remus Capital, Plug and Play, and Innovate UK alongside several prominent angel investors.
The capital will support product development, team expansion, and commercial growth across B2B channels. The company aims to help healthcare providers and insurers navigate an overcrowded market of wellbeing applications and alleviate pressures on clinical waiting lists.
Investor perspective
"Ben, Jorge and the rest of the Syndi Health team have found a way to develop an impactful product that offers remote, immediate and effective digital care. The platform is one that employers, individuals and insurers have long looked for – a smart one-stop-shop for digital health services, that monitors real-world impact and facilitates point-of-care solutions. It is a refreshing and much-needed approach to healthcare and I am excited by the impact on populations and customers that I have spent my career serving."
