London-based startup Conduct has raised $60m in a Series A round co-led by Index Ventures and ICONIQ, with participation from strategic investor SAP as well as existing backers Creandum, Lucid Capital, and Booom.
The capital will be deployed to expand engineering and sales operations, enhance SAP capabilities, and extend platform support to additional enterprise software providers including Oracle and Salesforce.
The funding arrives as enterprises face a looming deadline regarding legacy SAP support, positioning the firm to accelerate migration projects for global businesses.
