The conversational platform formerly known as Dazzle has raised its first seed financing from corporate and government backers.

"The response to our tech and proposition has been incredible. We’ve always believed that we had a transformational product with HelloDone so to have such strong backing gives us even more confidence. Businesses have to start meeting consumers where they are, on WhatsApp, on Facebook Messenger, on Alexa and all the other messaging channels. HelloDone is scaling it’s conversational platform using natural language processing to enable businesses in the Transport, Home Delivery and Utilities space to solve customer needs via messaging channels and voice assistants. It’s an amazing platform and the funding will enable us to capture the growth potential we believe exists."
— Ed Hodges, CEO

The funding was led by Kelvin Capital alongside co-investors to support commercialisation and new licensing partnerships.

"In applications like mobile phones, with companies looking to remove headphone and power connectors, it’s increasingly difficult for musicians and other users to interact with these massively powerful and convenient devices, and with the developments in the next generation of Wi-Fi bringing massive data capability over huge physical areas, the future applications for real time audio streaming over Wi-Fi are vast across music, entertainment and communications"

Orthopaedic Research UK provided the pre-seed funding through the newly launched Ronald Furlong Fund.

"We are the first charity supporting start-ups with a focus on musculoskeletal health in the UK. The Ronald Furlong Fund initiative will play an important role in assisting entrepreneurs and innovators to quickly turn ideas into reality, with measurable benefits for the entire healthcare ecosystem. Effective collaboration with HS. was instrumental in identifying Renovos and their exciting technology, and I am delighted to welcome them as ORUK’s first investment."
