Darts Corner secures £7m from Key Capital Partners for growth private equity investment
Key Capital Partners has acquired a significant minority stake in the online darts retailer.
Darts Corner is an online retailer supplying darts and accessories to retail and trade customers worldwide. Headquartered in Bolton, the company offers a wide range of products including its own Mission brand.
Darts Corner has secured £7m in growth private equity funding from Key Capital Partners to support its ongoing development and strategic expansion.
Founded in 2007, the Bolton-based retailer supplies a comprehensive range of darts and equipment globally to both individual consumers and trade clients. The transaction results in Key Capital Partners taking a significant minority stake in the business, with Key Capital Partners managing partner James Hall joining the board alongside Matt Tice.
The capital injection follows a period of heavy investment by the retailer into new premises, product lines, and digital infrastructure, including an upcoming website launch.
