Disputed provides digital platforms designed to streamline mass litigation and connect claimants with third-party funding. Its software products help legal practices manage volume claims and source financial backing.

Disputed has secured £1m in seed investment led by TrueSight Ventures, alongside backing from early-stage investors including Tim Berry. The company builds digital infrastructure for the legal sector, specifically software for onboarding group litigation claims and an online marketplace for litigation financing. The proceeds will be directed towards expanding the firm's workforce and launching its FinLegal platform to accelerate the adoption of litigation funding.

The London-based startup operates two distinct products, CaseFunnel and FinLegal, which cater to law firms handling high-volume disputes and collective redress claims. Existing clients include prominent legal practices such as Mishcon de Reya and Brown Rudnick. The fresh capital arrives as the legal industry experiences structural growth in multi-party claims and third-party financial backing.
