OpenOcean led the Series A financing for Purple Dot to support platform development and market expansion.

Citibank, Insight Investment, Barclays, and Värde Partners backed the financing round to fuel expansion in the UK and Germany.
"this investment will enable us to keep up with the high demand from small businesses for our Flexi-Loan product."
The financing round includes participation from GSR Ventures and Citi to fund international expansion and product rollout.
"A new investment of this size, which comes from a mixture of VC funds and global banks, is a testament to the demand for and success of Abound and Render. It speaks to the confidence investors have in our business to keep growing and in our AI-powered technology to continue transforming consumer credit."
Connect Ventures led the seed financing round to support domestic growth and team expansion.
"Our latest round of investment underscores the urgency of our mission. Businesses shouldn’t bear high costs due to a lack of understanding about where or how to find better deals. Our platform provides instant, transparent access to the best solutions for each business. It not only saves time, but also introduces a level of pricing fairness previously unseen in the industry."
The Manchester based fintech secured the capital from backers including scout funds from a16z, Atomico, and Ada Ventures.
"We’re humbled by the calibre of investors who have chosen to back us at this pivotal stage of the journey. It’ss a testament to the clear need for our solution in the market, with many of our investors intimately familiar with the value of opening up Lombard lending. We look forward to using this raise to propel our vision forward"
