Series A
£13.0M

Ribbit has led a £13m Series A investment into Outpost to scale its cross-border compliance and payments infrastructure.

"Brexit, shifting tariffs, and regulatory fragmentation have made cross-border commerce more hostile than at any point in the last two decades. Merchants are forced to choose between spending millions on consultants and local entity setup, or carrying enormous risk on payments and compliance. Outpost exists to eliminate that trade-off. We’ve built the only infrastructure that handles everything from local payment processing to full tax liability, allowing companies to treat international expansion with the same ease as selling locally."
— Will Mahon-Heap, CEO and Founder
Pre-Seed
£250K

The pre-seed round was backed by industry experts including Kevin Hewitt, James Hardy, and Jamie Hearne.

"My co-founder Matt and I spent the last year walking the streets of London, sitting down and talking first hand with gym owners and managers to understand what is missing in the industry, and if SPORTL could be the answer. Seeing SPORTL launch today and physically opening the app is a dream come true. Our mission is to work alongside gym owners, giving them the flexibility and transparency they deserve from a booking platform. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built, and we can’t wait for SPORTL to become part of people’s everyday routines, helping them book classes on their terms, whenever it suits them."

Seed
£2.2M

The company raised the capital from experienced international executives to expand its direct-from-employer aggregation technology.

"Our view is simple: many jobs are never truly visible at scale because they remain scattered across employer-owned career pages. We are building infrastructure that helps surface those opportunities earlier, more broadly, and across multiple languages and regions."
— Szymon Bodych, Founder and CEO
Series A
£37.5M

Union Square Ventures led the round to support the opening of 25 new manufacturing facilities and international expansion.

"Manufacturing is the origin of our security, prosperity and sense of purpose as nations. This Series A enables us to open more factories, invest in MasonOS, support exceptional franchisees and recruit the best engineers across Europe and the United States. Our mission is to forge industrial acceleration."
— Alexander Fitzgerald, Founder and CEO
