The investment from the OION network will support production expansion and team growth as the company prepares for commercial deployment.

The British defence startup is in talks to raise capital for its counter-drone technology.
The funding round was led by Gresham House Ventures with backing from Balderton Capital, Eka Ventures, and Wavemaker360.

The pre-seed round was led by Episode 1 with angel backing from executives at Wise, Revolut, Deliveroo, and Alphabet.

The funding supports the development of optical networking technology designed to remove electronic switches from data centre cores.
