The financing round was led by Notion Capital and Mercury Fund to accelerate go-to-market and product development.
"Notion and Mercury are exceptional B2B investors with a strong track record of backing category-defining companies, and we’re thrilled to partner with them. Combined with a16z’s leadership, and Albion and CMCC’s deep expertise, we have the network, experience, and momentum to scale globally and help unlock access to dollar-based savings for individuals historically outside the reach of traditional financial systems."
The seed round was backed by LocalGlobe and Felix Capital to support international expansion and product development.
"Having seen Adyen’s growth firsthand, I recognise that stablecoins represent an even more profound shift. Traditional processors optimize within existing constraints. We’re eliminating those constraints entirely. Our platform gives businesses the fastest, cheapest, most transparent way to move money globally and our mission is to make legacy cross-border payment methods look antiquated."
The investment was led by EHE Ventures and will be used to accelerate product development and scale operations.
"Credit scores are broken for millions of people. Our platform provides a more accurate picture of someone’s financial behaviour, especially for young adults, new arrivals to the UK, or anyone overlooked by legacy models. This funding allows us to accelerate product development and scale our impact through partnerships with forward-thinking lenders."
The fintech startup is now launching a community crowdfunding campaign on Crowdcube to turn users into shareholders.
"While our earlier rounds were critical, this crowdfunding campaign goes beyond just raising capital – it’s about ownership. We’re empowering the very people we serve to become part of the solution."
