The financing round includes contributions from Deepbridge Capital, Scottish Enterprise, SIS Ventures, Thairm Bio, and the University of Strathclyde to support clinical trials and commercial expansion.

The funding round was backed by a group of existing investors alongside a grant from the European Innovation Council.

The Scottish National Investment Bank led the Series A round to accelerate clinical validation and regulatory submission of the company's respiratory monitoring platform.
