Pre-Seed
£300K

SFC Capital has led a £300k pre seed round in London based construction technology firm Aichitect.

"Having run my own architecture firm for nine years, I’ve been exploring ways to make the delivery processes easier and less costly for everyone involved, I knew there had to be a solution. Since 2022, I’ve explored the vast number of issues each stakeholder might come up against and, along with my co-founder and CTO Mike De’Shazer, we’re building a better way of doing things in the future for each individual company, freelancer and homeowner. We’re really proud of what we’ve achieved so far. We’re thrilled to have received the backing of SFC Capital and look forward to continuing to develop and enhance our offering which ultimately is a solution to de-risk the planning, design, costing and building of all types of construction projects, which in today’s world, where budgets are tighter than ever, we know Aichitect will be a valuable asset to many in the industry."

Seed
£300K

SFC Capital backed the wearable tech start-up to fund product development ahead of a Kickstarter launch.

"We knew getting funding for a consumer hardware start-up was incredibly difficult, but when we placed our modular watch in front of SFC Capital, everything clicked. They assembled the components like LEGO, instantly realising the potential. By the end of the meeting, we had our investment interest."

Series B
£9.5M

ETF Partners led the Series B round to support the company as it scales its footprint across Europe and the US.

"Our AI agents take away the annoying bits of the work, empowering humans to focus on actually delivering projects on time and on budget, and in doing so, benefiting entire communities. This funding allows us to expand our reach, transforming construction at a time when smarter solutions are critical."
— Greg Lawton, CEO
