Aichitect secures £300k pre seed investment led by SFC Capital to develop its construction platform
SFC Capital has led a £300k pre seed round in London based construction technology firm Aichitect.
Aichitect provides an artificial intelligence platform built by architects to streamline construction and development projects. The London firm helps clients optimise architectural delivery through data analysis.
London based Aichitect has secured £300k in a pre seed funding round led by SFC Capital. The capital will support the ongoing development and enhancement of its artificial intelligence platform, which assists stakeholders in de risking planning, design, costing and building operations.
Founded by chartered architect David Adjei alongside chief technology officer Mike De Shazer, the company draws on years of industry experience to address compliance and cost challenges in the construction sector. The platform has already assessed projects exceeding £100m, including efficiency gains at Cambridge University Hospital.
SFC Capital backed the round based on the founding team's domain expertise and the platform's potential for global expansion. Aichitect plans to focus initially on growth within the United Kingdom while supporting projects across multiple continents.

"Having run my own architecture firm for nine years, I’ve been exploring ways to make the delivery processes easier and less costly for everyone involved, I knew there had to be a solution.
