"Real estate is one of the largest industries in the world, yet much of its revenue still depends on fragmented communication across channels. We built VerbaFlo to address this by creating a purpose-built vertical AI platform for residential real estate that integrates with the systems operators already use, enabling them to automate and optimise conversations across the resident lifecycle. Today, VerbaFlo supports more than 40 use cases across enquiry management, lead qualification, bookings, onboarding and resident engagement. We are incredibly proud to have the backing of Pi Labs alongside an exceptional group of investors, and this investment will accelerate product development and expand our presence across the UK, US and European markets."
The funding round was led by Archangels to support product development and market entry.
"Oncology is an exciting and vibrant sector. The scientists and technologists have been doing incredible things based upon the samples that they’re given, but there hasn’t been any particular movement in how the samples are prepared for years. Our msX platform has the potential to revolutionise how samples are collected, allowing for larger samples, faster extraction, simpler processing, and fully automatable capabilities."
The seed round was led by Blackfinch Ventures to support global growth and commercial adoption.
"This investment marks a significant step forward as we continue pioneering new applications for magnetic sensing. With the support of our investors, we are expanding our team, advancing our technology, and bringing our solutions closer to widespread adoption."
Equity Gap led the seed financing for the Edinburgh based manufacturer of custom fit respirators, with backing from Scottish Enterprise, Old College Capital, and Apollo Informal Investment.
"We realised that by combining modern 3D imaging with 3D-printed soft materials, we could create bespoke, perfectly fitted masks that conform to the unique contours of each face. In our first comparative trial, our masks proved more comfortable than standard disposable alternatives. Since then, we’ve refined our design dramatically yet we’ve remained true to our original mission: to create the most comfortable, personalised respiratory masks possible, suited for every face. We believe the days of painful, pressure-inducing masks are finally over."
