VerbaFlo secures £5.2m seed investment led by Pi Labs to expand its real estate AI platform

VerbaFlo operates an AI communications platform designed for residential real estate operators. The technology automates leasing, operations, and resident engagement across multiple communication channels.
VerbaFlo has secured £5.2m in a seed funding round led by Pi Labs. The capital will be directed towards accelerating product development, scaling the team globally, and expanding the company's footprint in the United States and other international markets.
Participation in the round came from Haatch, Navigate Ventures, Old College Capital, and a group of global family offices. Anchor investors also made follow-on commitments, bringing VerbaFlo's total funding to approximately $9m.
Founded in late 2024, the conversational AI platform manages leasing and resident engagement for property operators across the globe. The company currently supports operations for over 200,000 residential units.
