Innovate UK is a government-backed agency supporting business-led innovation across the United Kingdom.
The funding will support a joint project combining deep text mining and sparse data solutions.

The funding will support the implementation of specialised screening technology aimed at identifying rare diseases earlier in the patient journey.

Origin Capital led the syndicate backing the Cambridge University spin-out.
Innovate UK has backed the medical device firm to advance clinical trials and research.
"We are very excited about our current progress in research and development. Validation and further development is ongoing, and we are planning our clinical trials, in collaboration with scientists from both Universities in Sheffield and internationally, in the Netherlands. We are committed to use our technology to help people that suffer from issues related to sleep."
The funding round includes backing from The North West Fund for Biomedical, Innovate UK, and London Business Angels.
