Biorelate curates biomedical knowledge using a proprietary artificial intelligence platform to assist pharmaceutical and life sciences organisations with drug discovery. The company operates from the UK and works with global enterprises.

Biorelate and Intellegens have secured a grant of over £300k from Innovate UK to develop a joint data curation project named Chemeia. The funding will be supplemented by £130k in co-investments from the two companies to build an advanced data curation architecture. Project Chemeia aims to combine Biorelate's deep text mining technology with Intellegens' sparse data solutions to improve research and development processes.

From the founder

"Adequate data curation underpins so much of the future success of research and development in science and Biorelate is continually investing in innovative ways to improve this. What really excites me about this project is the prospect of bringing two completely different, game-changing technologies together to achieve something entirely novel. We can’t wait to start!"
