The British Business Bank and the Sovereign AI Fund have backed the artificial intelligence developer in a record-setting seed round.

Fusion Fund led the seed round, which will fund a new San Francisco office and team expansion.

Flying Fish Ventures led the seed round to support product development and research capabilities at Hiverge.

The financing round was co-led by Radical Ventures and Sofinnova Partners to accelerate the development of programmable biology tools.
