A London-based artificial intelligence startup focused on reinforcement learning and experience-driven systems.

Ineffable Intelligence has secured £14.7m in a seed funding round led by the British Business Bank alongside the Sovereign AI Fund. The capital injection supports the company in its mission to build an advanced AI superlearner designed to discover knowledge independently.

The financing package forms part of a broader seed raise that also drew participation from international investors including Sequoia, Lightspeed, and NVIDIA. Company leadership plans to advance its foundational research from its base in the UK.

The transaction marks a significant milestone for European technology funding, representing one of the largest seed rounds recorded on the continent.
