BGF provided the follow-on capital to support European expansion and further dealmaking.

The funding round was led by Downing Ventures with participation from existing investors BGF and Beringea.

Aberdeen-based SPEX Group has raised additional capital to accelerate its growth and product innovation.

BGF has provided £3m in funding to action sports brand Ruroc to support the launch of its new motorcycle helmet and international expansion.
