Invenio raises £11.6m from BGF to fund service expansion and acquisitions
The investment was led by Alex Snodgrass, Jack Teasdale, and Tim Rea from BGF.
Invenio provides technology solutions and consulting services to clients in sectors such as media, manufacturing, and public administration. Headquartered in Reading, the firm operates delivery centres across multiple countries and employs a workforce exceeding 750 people.
Invenio has secured £11.6m in funding from BGF to support its ongoing expansion and development initiatives. The capital will be directed towards broadening the firm service portfolio, enhancing existing operations, and pursuing growth through acquisitions.
Founded in 2006, the Reading-based enterprise provides technology solutions and consulting services to clients worldwide, including major public sector bodies and corporations. The latest injection of capital is intended to help the management team scale operations while retaining independence and meeting growing international demand.
