The London-based company has raised its first external capital to enhance its financial data infrastructure and supplier integrations.
"This is our first funding round, so the $3.5M is the total funding to date."
The seed round was backed by Firstminute Capital, 2100 Ventures, and Vento to accelerate product development and commercial growth.
"The veterinary industry desperately needs modern software solutions that can help practices handle growing demand while reducing administrative burden on overworked staff. We’ve built Lupa from the ground up to be AI-native, making it dramatically more efficient and easier to use than legacy systems that are holding practices back. Our early results show that practices can save significant time on administration while providing better care."

Dig Ventures led the pre-seed financing round to support product development and international growth.
"I recall regularly sifting through data and information until the early hours during my time at Goldman Sachs in order to make fully informed decisions and strategies. With Desia the whole process would have been more efficient and successful. I wish it was available back then."
