Lupa provides an AI-powered operating system designed to modernise veterinary clinics and streamline operations. The platform replaces fragmented legacy tools with an integrated ecosystem for clinical workflows and pet owner engagement.

Lupa has secured £3.3m in seed funding to accelerate its product development and commercial expansion. The round was supported by a syndicate of investors including Firstminute Capital, 2100 Ventures, and Vento by Exor Ventures, alongside several angel investors from prominent financial and consulting backgrounds.

The capital arrives as veterinary practices contend with heightened demand following a surge in pet ownership and an ongoing shortage of qualified veterinary staff. Lupa offers an artificial intelligence powered operating system that automates clinical documentation and administrative workflows to save practitioners hours each week.

The fresh injection of funds will allow the company to scale its commercial operations and onboard additional veterinary providers across the market.

From the founder

"The veterinary industry desperately needs modern software solutions that can help practices handle growing demand while reducing administrative burden on overworked staff. We’ve built Lupa from the ground up to be AI-native, making it dramatically more efficient and easier to use than legacy systems that are holding practices back. Our early results show that practices can save significant time on administration while providing better care."
