Protocol Labs and Metaplanet led the Series B round to accelerate product development for mainstream users and enterprises.

The funding round was led by Alfvén & Didrikson alongside a debt facility from Pollen Street Capital.

The Series D round was led by Segulah Medical Acceleration, Angelus Venture Fund I, Alan Howard, and Pioneer Healthcare Partners to support commercial expansion.

The Glasgow space technology start-up has raised £3.1m from investors including Space Capital and the Scottish National Investment Bank to scale its connectivity platform.
"We immediately saw the opportunity with R3-IoT, which is essentially Nest for organisations with remote industrial facilities. This is the right company at the right time that will benefit tremendously from new backhaul capacity coming online through low-Earth orbit satellite communications."
The Series B round was led by Insight Partners with participation from Stride.VC, Chalfen Ventures, and the SAP.iO fund.
